Do you offer gift cards?Yes! If you're not sure which item your loved one would like, then Sommermood gift card is the perfect choice. Available in amounts of £50 and £100, our gift cards can be emailed or also printed and delivered to you.

Which payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit and debit cards. Once you have gone through to the checkout and have placed your order you will then accept all of the terms of shopping with us at Sommermood.

What does pre-order mean?We offer the ability to pre-order an item that is currently out of stock or if it's a new collection item. They will be shipped from the date that is specified on the product page. If your order contains a pre-order item and an item which is currently is in stock, then we won't ship them until they are both ready.

How can I tell if my order has been sent?We dispatch our products in 1-3 working days, except for personalised items, that can take up to 5 days to be dispatched. Once your item has been printed, you will receive an email to inform you that your order has been dispatched.

How long will my item take to be delivered?Depending on the country, it should take around 3-5 days???

Do you offer exchanges & returns?Unless your purchase is faulty we do not accept an exchange. But if the item you have purchased is faulty, please email us at info@sommermood.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item. We will gladly issue you with an exchange or credit note, at our discretion.
