Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment method - Correos & Mondial Relay
Estimated delivery time with Mondial Relay to a PuntoPack in Spain is up to 3 working days.
Shipping to a home address in mainland Spain takes up to 3 working days.
Estimated delivery time with Mondial Relay to a PuntoPack to France, Belgium and Luxembourg is up to 5 working days.
Shipping to a home address in Germany, Netherlands, Portugal with Mondial Relay takes up to 5 working days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes.
Our website www.sommemood.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Our website www.sommermood.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the EU, but contact us for exeptions.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unless your purchase is faulty we do not accept an exchange. But if the item you have purchased is faulty, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item. We will gladly issue you with an exchange or credit note, at our discretion.
1. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery date. After 14 days from
delivery date you must contact Sommermood Customer Service to determine the best course
of action. Sommermood will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities,
such as distributors or retail partners.
2. A copy of the Sommermood item’s purchase receipt, and a copy of the original
Sommermood invoice may be requested prior to Sommermood Customer Service issuing a Return
3. Unit must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging with all original
accessories, packaging, literature and other components. Sommermood reserves the right to reject any
refund request if the product is received damaged, used or if any accessories, literature, packaging or
other original components are missing.
4. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product;
to request an RA number, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the

5. Upon written receipt of the RA number, send product to:

6. Please mark with the RA number on the outside of the package.
7. A copy of the Sommermood credit card purchase receipt, and/or a copy of the original
Sommermood invoice, should be placed inside the return package so that it is easily visible.
8. Products received without an RA number and the required documentation as
specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.
9. Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the
customer via ground shipment.
10. You are responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to Sommermood’s warehouse in Marbella, Spain. Product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or
insured; Sommermood is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
12. Funds will be credited within 7 days of receipt of returned product pending
qualification and subject to above criteria.
